I collect nonpublic personal information about you only from:
- Information you provide to me
- Your history of doing business with me
- Government agencies whom I have contacted at your request
This information is considered private and will be disclosed to outside parties only:
- On your written request
- When required by law
- When necessary to adequately perform the services which I have contracted to provide
I maintain such records of past and present clients as may be necessary to provide you with present and future tax assistance. When such records are no longer useful, they will be shredded or otherwise destroyed, so as to preserve the privacy of such records.
I do my own mailing and persons not affiliated with Your Taxes & More do not have access to any of your information. The law does not permit information obtained in the preparation of a tax return to be used for any other purpose.
